An artist or a professional photographer I am not. I am glad about the digital photography, because it allows the immediate control of a photo just taken. I love the overwhelming beauty of nature and try to take it on my photos. Close ups and macros show me realms that are difficult to discover without utilities. My photos are not "stacked" or "photoshopped", they only get cropped and sometimes brightened with "gimp" on Linux as my favorite OS. You'll see flowers, insects, spiders, snails, birds, water, our cats, etc, most of them found in our house and garden. Photographing changed my point of view: weed, mosquitos, waterdrops, rain, all about may be worth to be taken as a photo. Boredom is unknown to me with am camera in my hands.
