Thank you so much for visiting my profile, following me, faving and commenting on my photos, I really appreciate the support and feedback. Photography has always been of interest to me and have had a camera of sorts most of my life, but always on auto! At the end of 2020, I finally set my camera to manual and discovered a whole new world that I could capture the way I wanted. Still largely an amateur photographer, I try to learn pretty much daily. Flickr is a great source of learning and inspiration for me, full of friendly people with amazing talent. My photostream is an eclectic mix of landscape, portrait, street and... whatever takes my fancy as I have no preferred genre :)

I live on the East coast of North Queensland, Australia, in the city of Townsville, a population of around 160,000 people, a really great place to be a photographer. Would I quit my job and become a full time photographer if I could? Absolutely :)
