While following the Grateful Dead, I set up residence in Ann Arbor being originally from Baltimore. Taking photographs has been important to me since I bought my first camera in 2005 and fell in love with photography soon after. I enjoy the challenge of art, architecture, landscapes and product photography: learning to see and represent those worlds in an engaging way. Every subject presents unique problems and opportunities, and my goal is to create compelling images that show each subject to its best advantage. For me the geometry of design is a key element and should there be reflections and shadows involved all the better. For some people art and products occupy different spheres but for me the two are organically intertwined. My goal is to photograph your items so that they reflect the full scope of the designer’s intent. Having a second base in Rogers City, Michigan, enables me to extend my services as far north as St. Ignace. Northern Michigan has magic light, so it is always a joy to be there.
