My husband John and I live in California - in the San Francisco Bay Area. We both recently retired and now have time to pursue with even greater zeal our personal interests and hobbies. For John, this is birding and bird photography. For me - art appreciation and art history, with a very special interest in wood engraving. I love to garden and to read and to photograph the many birds in our backyard. We both love to travel. We have each found amazing stuff on flickr.
