FLICKR is shit since it sold out.

I discovered a settings flaw. I have levels of images. Public, Friends, etc.. HOWEVER if an image is PUBLIC and put in an album with images that are FRIENDS or FAMILY it allows ALL images in album to be seen by following the link! Shame that.
