It's a practice of daily habits, through trial and error and exploration to tap into your creative self. Whether through art, writing or any other creative outlet, the purpose is to use creativity to also design a life that produces an environment that nurtures your true creative spirit, calling or vocation, even if you are not quite sure yet what it is.
