Thank you for taking the time to read this. I have been taking photographs since my early teens, occasionally as a professional, mostly as an amateur. I am now 60+, still learning and still enjoying this great pastime of ours. I have still not developed a signature style nor do I have a defined theme - I do not know whether this is a good thing or a bad thing. I have slowed down (a lot) on taking a picture just because something looks 'nice' or is colourful, and I now try to take pictures which are at least 'good' and worthy of publishing here. I am relatively new to Flickr and still enjoy finding great images and, better, great photographers. There are photographers here who inspire me and push me to raise my game and aim higher and that can only be a good thing.
