The Red Cross of the National Capital & Greater Chesapeake Region is comprised of six chapters within its region, spanning from Northern Virginia to Wilmington, DE. With services provided by a team staff and local volunteers, the Red Cross NCGC Region shelters, feeds and provides comfort to victims of disasters; supplies blood products to more than 50 local hospitals; teaches skills that save lives; distributes international humanitarian aid; and supports veterans, military members and their families.
