I started my photography journey in 2020, my main interests are wildlife and landscape/nightscape exposures, occasionally I experiment with some macro subjects, usually wildlife. I am based on the West Coast of Scotland 'doon' the River Clyde from which I take inspiration. I am also 5 minutes drive from Loch Lomond and many of my landscape images take inspiration from this beautiful jewel of Scotland.

 

I am passionate about the outdoors and like hiking and travelling around remote parts of west of Scotland including Loch Sween, Kilmory, Mull of Kintyre, Islay, Jura, Galloway, Aviemore, Ballachulish and Carbeth.

 

Recently I have been drawn to minimalist themes and have a particular passion for long exposure photography.

 

A selection of my work was displayed at the Glasgow Art Club Summer Exhibition 2022.
