Paul Emmer grew up in Los Angeles California where he attended the University of Southern California.

After graduating from USC he joined his college friends to help found and build BAMKO, an award winning sourcing and branded merchandise company. BAMKO has offices across four continents and operations in five. Eventually Paul would help sell BAMKO to Superior Group of Companies (NASDAQ SGC). After the sale of BAMKO Paul would help BAMKO reach double digit sales growth within the first 2 years of the acquisition.

Later Paul would be recruited by Edible Arrangements to spearhead and overhaul the Supply chain and Logistics arm of Edible Arrangements 1200+ stores in North America

Paul currently resides in Atlanta Georgia with his wife, two children and two dogs
