In War and Cinema: The Logistics of Perception by Paul Virilio the camera is seen as the first weapon that works at the speed of light. The camera was used in reconnaissance to bring images back to see where to advance next or record damage inflicted.

This project is my own reconnaissance of Roath park, looking and recording the park with a camera. Still recording images at the speed of light, and then being transformed into a digital format.
