Francois-Xavier Bagnoud (FXB RWANDA) was created in 2012 to pursue a noble mission of addressing the root causes of poverty as a means of securing children's rights to survive, grow and develop. FXB Rwanda is affiliated with FXB International, an international NGO created in 1989 whose mission is to fight poverty and HIV. FXB Rwanda began its activities a few months after the 1994 Genocide against Tutsi, working in close partnership with FXB International before becoming officially registered as National Non-Government Organization in 2012.
