Konrad Adenauer Stiftung Uganda & South Sudan is a German Political Foundation which promotes political dialogue, civic education, democratic governance and participation, professional and free media, and sustainable economic policies. Since its establishment in 1964, the engagement of KAS in political education to realise peace, freedom and justice as core principles to consolidate democracy has been the foundation’s focal area. This has been the basis of KAS’ work in Uganda for more than three decades.
