Ein gutes Foto braucht Zeit , eine Idee und Geduld , wer das alles nicht hat , kann ja solange Knipsen bis irgendwann etwas dabei heraus kommt!

Ich fotografiere seit den 1980 er Jahren, damals allerdings noch Analog.

Mittlerweile sind wir im digitalen Zeitalter, und das ist auch gut so.

Allerdings sollten die Grundsätze der Fotografie nicht in Vergessenheit

geraten.

Ich habe die Fotografie und das Fahrradfahren miteinander verbunden, womit ich meine Heimat fotografisch optimal festhalten kann.

Konstruktives Feedback ist die Art von Feedback, die darauf abzielt, ein positives Ergebnis zu erzielen, indem man jemandem Kommentare, Ratschläge oder Vorschläge gibt, die für seine Arbeit oder seine Zukunft nützlich sind.

Feedbackregeln:

- Beschreibend, im Gegensatz zu bewertend: Beschreiben Sie Ihre eigene Wahrnehmung und Reaktion.

- Klar und genau formuliert: Das Feedback soll nachvollziehbar sein. Sachlich richtig.

- ohne moralische Verurteilung: Dadurch mindern Sie den Drang beim Gegenüber, sich zu verteidigen und das Feedback abzulehnen.
