WHAT IS CMAR ?

CMAR is a licensed addiction recovery program specializing in the treatment of opioid & alcohol dependence, co-occurring addiction & mental health conditions. We integrate structured & comprehensive medical, clinical, & peer-based services. All of our treatments are evidence-based & trauma-informed.

What makes CMAR unique is that it’s the only Colorado outpatient provider to carry both Intensive- Outpatient & Controlled Substance (CSL) license designations. Length of treatment is variable & based on medical & clinical progress. CMAR is not a high-volume clinic, but rather a specialty treatment program designed to address every need of each patient. Care is individualized & fits around each patients’ schedule.

PROGRAM :

Treatment always starts with comprehensive medical & clinical assessments. For those seeking Medication-Assisted Treatment, we then provide a medication “induction”, followed by individualized taper or maintenance schedules. Throughout treatment, patients participate in individual & group counseling, as well as family therapy when appropriate. Peer support, case-management & urinalysis are also included. Community is central at CMAR, so we ensure that each patient is connected to their peers & empowered to connect to the broader recovery community.

LOCATIONS:

IN-PERSON CARE : Serving Metro Denver, we're just off 84th & I-25 in South Thornton. Just minutes

from Downtown Denver, Westminster, Arvada, & Broomfield to name a few.

REMOTE RECOVERY: CMAR offers a full-service, remote version of our program, utilizing a user- friendly HIPAA compliant Telehealth platform, cutting-edge remote medical & therapeutic care, & a state-of-the-art urinalysis program to ensure accountability throughout treatment.

COST:

INSURANCE : Yes! We work with every private carrier. For carriers we’re not in-network with, we can

still make it work. We have a near perfect Single Case Agreement (SCA) record with HMO’s & EPO’s. SELF-PAY : Self-pay pricing varies, based on several factors (call for details). For self-pay patients in financial hardship, we offer partial sliding-scale, & limited partial scholarship funds are available.
