Just a guy with a camera. Or a few cameras. And a growing collection of vintage lenses... I have been sporadically taking photos my entire life, but now trying to take it a bit more seriously and hopefully improve. We will see what happens!

Enjoy experimenting with different lens and camera combinations. Mainly nature, landscape, and macro photography. Macro photography is a convenient avenue to pursue - plenty of little insects and other things to photograph right around the yard!

I primarily shoot with a couple of Pentax DSLRs as well as Sony A7/A7ii (full frame) and Sony NEX 7 (aps-c) mirrorless cameras. The Pentax bodies are mainly used with new and old Pentax K-mount lenses (and also used for most of my Macro shots), while the Sony bodies are used with a Tamron 28-200 zoom as well as with adapters with all of my other vintage lenses.

I've also recently added a DJI drone to my photography arsenal... Let's see how that works out!
