Hello. My name is Yuliya, I'm a visual artist from Lviv, Ukraine. I've started my photographic way since 2013. According to my profession, I'm an art critic, I graduated from the Lviv Academy of Arts. My main interests are art, philosophy, psychology and people, I'm a researcher in these areas, but there is a curiosity for many other, new things. Nature for me is a temple of peace and energy.

I love experimenting in photography, being creative in the shooting process, and I find this incredibly interesting. I can’t help but shoot and try something new. I like to explore the world and myself through photography, I like to observe, record, create and show my artistic vision, and tell visual stories. I'm happy now in my arsenal, besides words, I have another tool for self-expression and interaction with the world. Photography is my eyes, my heart & my communicative language, it is both phototherapy and memory. This is also a chance to find my people :)

I had the honor of being invited to Ukrainian photo exhibitions and photo competitions (in 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022), and received awards (personalised diplomas) for some of my photo works from the National Community of Photographers of Ukraine.
