At the beginning of the 20th Century photography was never about extremely sharp images due to the processes they were using, Dichromate/ Bichromate, Silver, Platinum & Carbon printing. Loss of noise and sharpness of image became a desire after World war II, before that images were considered to be soft & slightly blurred, noise was introduced as a natural process when using pigments in the chemical process. I continue that tradition like so many Pictorialist of the early 20th Century and who knows one day it might actually come back into vogue.

What you see here on Flickr are simply samples from my on going work, any photographs here are not the final edition of my prints as several were stolen from my account in the past. HEYES.
