I was born in 1959 Athens, Greece and studied chemistry in England. I started taking photographs in middle 1990’s. Basic interests are in Industrial Archeology, abandoned buildings and abstract synthesis based on everyday life Urban Traces. I usually combine texts with photographs, dealing with social, political, or historical themes, according to the material available. I have organized solo or participated in group photographic exhibitions shown in https//tyrovolas.wixsite.com/photography

In flickr I exhibit work of places ifrom Greece during my personal visits or business trips. I usually deal with local architecture issues of modern or old villages/towns pointing out the social, political or historical background, when possible.
