I started my journey in photography late in 2019 when I bought my first DSLR. I take inspiration from my father, a professional photographer for over 50 years, Ansel Adams, Edward Weston, and the countless, stunning works of art I am beholden to on Flickr and other media. I primarily shoot landscapes, flowers, and architecture, with the goal of trying most every form of photography. I love photography's blend of cutting edge technology, the respect and influence garnered from its past, and of course the artistic interpretation and how everyone sees the world in their own unique ways. Photography has given me a sense of purpose and peace of mind and I look forward to experiencing where it will take me in my life-long pursuit of beauty in our world.
