The Climate Smart Mainstreaming in the Productive Safety Net Programme (PSNP) support project is operated within the Ministry of Agriculture, by its State Ministry of Natural Resources and Food Security. The Programme is funded by the EU flagship initiative, the Global Climate Change Alliance Plus, with a budget of 7.8 million Euros. The lifetime of the Programme is four years, from 01 December 2018 to 30 November 2022.
