I've been interested in photography ever since my Dad gave me his Exakta VX IIa in the 1970s. Attended photo school at ICP in NYC in the 1990s. Worked as a semi-professional (not my main job, but paid for a lot of nice gear) photographer specializing in dance photography in NYC. Moved the DC with my spouse, and my "serious" photography slowed down after having kids, now that they are older I've started photographing more.
