I'm American, born in New York but raised in West Virginia. I now live in Tokyo, Japan. I first got into photography with a Kodak point and shoot capturing me and my friend's lives throughout high school. I grew up poor so I made the most of that little camera. Once I was in college and planned to study abroad in Nagoya, Japan, I upgraded to a Nikon D3200 to capture my adventures of (what I thought would be) my only one year abroad. That camera was stolen when I returned to America, but my beautiful friends got together and to me my Nikon D3300. Now I live in Japan, plan to stay forever, and I got a Nikon D5100, and I'm still not sure what exactly I'm doing with photography but I love it and I think I've gotten pretty decent at it.
