Hi, my name's Ash and I go by Spinney Photography. I'm a recent Ba(hons) Photography graduate from York St John University and 2020 alumni from Hull School of Art and Design.

During my time at York St John, I have been working with photography and printmaking techniques to create experimental photo-based works. For this reason, I like to call myself an experimental photographer. I explore many themes and subjects but focus on including colour, light, sight and experience in my work. Experience relates to how the work is viewed and interacted with. This may be mean including theories on experience, theories on various subjects affecting experience, or creating interactive works.
