Mending Hearts Retreat delivers a unique experience for individuals experiencing the hurt and pain of a relationship breakdown or loss of a deceased loved one. Through a range of individual and group coaching sessions and activities, the aim is for people to emerge from the weekend stronger and better prepared for the future. Mending hearts offers a holistic approach with activities designed to both heal and empower.
