Hoihoi, welcome to my Postcrossing collection!

I'm a Dutch geek, artist & collector of (way too) many things, like dragons, bookmarks and postcards.

I used to work in a bookshop and one day in 2011 a lady came to the cash register to buy some stamps: the first ever Postcrossing stamps to celebrate an international postcard-exchange project called Postcrossing.

She told me all about this project that allows you to send and receive postcards all over the world and that evening I signed up to start my newest hobby / passion.

Over the years I've created online postcard albums with Google Photos but the way to share them has become too limited so my plan is to bring them over here.

It may take a while before I've transferred all the scans and accompanying texts but in the end it'll be worth it.
