I’ve been a train loving enthusiast since around the age of 2. My favorite railroads being Union Pacific, Chesapeake and Ohio, Pennsylvania Railroad, Canadian National (who just so happens to have a single track mainline going through my hometown), Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul & Pacific/Milwaukee Road (who also happened to go through my hometown some years ago), Soo Line, Southern Pacific, Santa Fe, Canadian Pacific, Nickel Plate Road, Norfolk and Western, Pere Marquette, Western Maryland, CSX, Norfolk Southern, Southern Railway (US), Green Bay & Western, and Frisco. I love to railfan at popular locations such as Rochelle Railroad Park in Rochelle, Illinois, visit railroad museums and historical sites such as the Green Bay Railroad Museum in Green Bay, Wisconsin, tinker with my LEGO collection (both physically and digitally on Mecabricks), follow up on my Twitter, Pinterest, Mecabricks, Kalmbach, Flickr and Brick Model Railroader accounts, watch YouTube, write, travel, and many other things! But I love steam. Steam is king (I know! I know Steam is “dead”, but it’s still cool!), and I also have a passion for building LEGO locomotives, both steam and diesel (American).
