Hey there, I'm Bal. I've been enjoying the world of Second Life since 2008 and have met some beautiful people in that time - some of which have become the very closest of friends.

Some of the photos I have posted are simply because they are of people that I love or of cherished memories - not necessarily because I think it is an artistically pleasing photograph.

I was never good at SL photography - never knew what I was doing and never bothered experimenting very much at all. In more recent times, I have taken a few ok shots here and there. I still have a long way to go but am enjoying trying new things and learning new tricks.

My favourite things to do in SL ..... hanging out with friends, meeting and assisting new people, shopping, exploring, dancing, playing games, listening to live music, adding to my collection of avatars, vehicles, weapons and spell huds.

In June 2024, I met the love of my life - James. He is my life partner, my soulmate and my best friend. I love him with all of my heart :)
