Aviation Report launched as a brand early in the 'teens at the Australian International Airshow at Avalon, with the intent to publish content authoritatively on matters of Australian aviation news and history with a focus on military matters - supported by high quality photography. We aim to do this in an easily readable, accessible format reducing the inexplicable jargon, both in print and online. We hope this will contribute to the record of Australian aviation history in the future.

Our coverage has included promoting events to the community such as Exercise Pitch Black, Exercise Talisman Sabre and ADF commitments to Anzac Day, Remembrance Day, ADF Airshow commitments (including daily Edinburgh coverage in 2019) and ADF-specific activities (ie: Operation Slipper stand down, fleet retirements and new acquisition launches). We discuss and promote our emergency services sector including Police, Ambulance and firefighting aviation resources and have specifically covered the 2019, 2020 and 2021 fire season in Australia plus earlier seasons in overseas publications.
