I am a Chef by profession, worked in the various high-class establishments in India and UAS. I have a dream to promote the medicinal valued of Indian cuisine around the world by educating people about the benefits of healthy food. I am a Passionate and proactive individual with 25 years’ experience making varieties of dishes and Cuisine. I would like to work in a new environment and I want to learn about versatile food culture. I would like to research and recreate the dishes according to the Indian- Ancient Herbal Culinary Medicine like food as a medicine food culture. I would like to be an R & D chef, head cook, food Stylist, and scientist, analyzing and experimenting with cuisine to find ways to improve in this cuisine and make consumers like it. My passion is to prepare the Healthy recipes in the cuisine that are suitable to the public interests.
