I am an old film photographer that has recently made the transition to the world of DSLR's. As can be seen from my photostream my obvious first love in photography is landscapes. I first fell in love with taking landscapes twenty some years ago on a trip to the Rocky Mountains. I had come to idolize the work of Galen Rowell and after recreating "Alpen Glow" in some of my slides with moderate success, I was hooked. Although I have been interested in photography most of my life I am admittedly new to the world of digital photography and have a lot to learn. Any comments or critique would be greatly appreciated.
