I am Nicholas Butkiewicz, and I am a rising junior. One interesting visual element of photography that interests me is intentional blur. I think that it is a unique yet natural way to place focus on the subject, while adding another unique element to the photo. I like photos where either the foreground or background is blurred quite heavily to draw focus to the subject.
