Mobile County, AL constable Leo M Bullock III heads to court after he is arrested for harassment. According to court documents, Bullock threatened a mother and her son with a gun in a dispute between neighbors. The victim testified that Bullock used his weapon to harass and threaten her teenage son while in uniform as a constable.
