Reengaging my creative side after many years away from it. I never was a photographer but I worked with many in my early career in Advertising and Graphic design. I freelanced with many of the leading agencies back in the 1980s (J. Walter Thompson, DDB Needham) and notable design studios in the Washington, DC metro. During that time I worked with photography and photographers intensely in creating ads, magazines, books, and other materials. Now (30 years later) I'm behind the camera and learning all about the magic of making images. Because I went to art school for painting and printmaking, photography is a bit of a different approach for me and I'll see how successful I am getting what I want out of the camera. Wish me luck!
