I am attracted to water. Whether this is my Piscean nature or a result of living in the desert in my adolescence and on the arid prairies as an adult, I can't say. Greens and blues are scarce in my little corner of the universe. When I find them, I embrace and embellish them. If I don't create something with a mouse, or purloin a black and white image from my deceased progenitors, I usually search for what little green I can find and take a picture of it. In my flatland, this is often near water. Water--not a solid and, like Lao Tse says, yielding, yet most effective for wearing down the hard. Yes, I am attracted to water. How long has it been since I emerged from its murky depths?
