I always enjoyed the creative process in my work, which is one of the reasons I gravitated toward photography as a hobby in the late 1990’s. At that point I started planning many of my vacations and trips around places of personal and photographic interest. I'm now retired, and plan to dedicate more time to my family and photographic interests.

For me these photographs are a visual record of locations, objects, and scenes I have had the privilege to see in person. I would encourage anyone with the time and resources to visit these locations themselves so they can feel the beauty and power of them, as photographs don't do them justice.
