Hi, thank you for looking.
Most of my photos are from around where I live - Dunoon, on the Firth of Clyde, West coast of Scotland
As it sits on the river there are plenty of passing ships/boats and marine wildlife to be snapped. It is also close to lochs, mountains, glens and islands.
It is host to a variety of wildlife such as deer, red squirrels, otters, golden eagles, dolphins, ospreys, whales, even Orcas have been known to visit
With the available landscape, seascape, viewpoints, hills, trails, castles, lochs and wildlife the biggest problem here is choosing what to shoot, and which lenses to leave at home, which of course is always the one you want!
I shoot with a Nikon D850 and find myself with the 200-500 on it the most, I think mainly due to the distances across the river/lochs where most of my views are and the frequency of birds of prey and other wildlife that can appear at any moment.
I am choosing, organising and uploading steadily at the moment, trying to add more info to the descriptions than I have done in the past.
