Folded Hills is a family owned, boutique winery making wines with loving attention to detail.

 

At Folded Hills we are health conscious. We care about what we put in our bodies and we know you do, too. Our grapes grow right alongside the organic row crops, fruit trees and farm animals. Our vines are farmed organically following the biodynamic calendar. With minimal intervention, we hand-craft small batch wines so you can feel good about what you are drinking.

 

Every bottle of Folded Hills contains zero residual sugar, one gram of carb or less, low alcohol and extremely low sulfites. We use only the native yeast that exists on the grapes in the vineyard, and no commercial additives.

 

Because we use a hands-off approach to winemaking, your favorite Folded Hills wine will taste slightly different every year. Every bottle expresses each year’s unique climate. You are truly tasting the sun, the fog, and the ocean breezes that waft over these folded hills.
