Hi everyone! My name is Paul and I am sophomore pursuing a major in Math. This Flickr page will be the way I can keep track of all the (hopefully) great photos I will be taking throughout the semester, but more importantly sharing them with everyone else. I have had an interest in photography (landscapes mostly) for a while but have only been able to use my iPhone 8 (which actually does have a decent camera). I have had my Nikon camera for a bit now but have not really used it, but now after finding a course on photography, I hope that I will be able to learn how to use my camera. I will be using a Nikon D3100, which is a bit of an older model, but it does the job! I have experience in GIMP, another editing program but little to no experience in Photoshop or Lightroom, however in Photoshop I am a bit more comfortable than Lightroom. I am really excited to be taking a photography course as I really think I am going to learn a lot, from both experience and from Professor Carlson and my other classmates! I have already seen some awesome photos shared and I hope that by the end of the semester I will also be able to have a couple photos that I am really proud of!
