Last spring, in Cambridge MA, a pair of Red-tailed hawks nested and fledged three young. This amazing event unfolded on a small ledge of an office building dangerously close to a main thoroughfare and in the middle of two busy shopping malls. The hawks attracted public interest involving the media and local community. They created traffic jams, beautiful photography and new friendships among the people who rallied behind this family.
