I bought my first DSLR in 2010 and started taking pictures of planes when I was on holiday in Lanzarote in 2011.

It was a coincidence. You can come pretty close to the runway there and I saw some guys taking pictures. I started to chat with them and the rest is history. I still have contact with a swiss guy I met then.

I’am from ’49 so that was pretty late to start this hobby.

My favorit place is the Polderbaan, no fences, no ugly buildings, I love it. ‘Q’ is also nice but they should maw the grass there more often 😉.
