Modeling and sewing doll clothes, shoes and accessories, pattern making

Hi everyone. I am Edita from Lithuania, since 2009 I live in Italy. All my life I am surrounded by various activities and hobbies. I spent my childhood sewing and drawing doll clothes. I dreamed of becoming a fashion designer, but in some way I have changed my mind and I decided to pursue an architectural specialty. It was probably a mistake, through I graduated in Architecture and even worked for couple of years.

Then my life changed drastically- I moved to another country.

The beginning of life as an emigrant was very difficult, I tried a lot of new activities and jobs. There were many periods when I couldn't find a job, then jewelry making came into my life. Creativity is my little oasis, where I can escape from everyday worries. Over time, life picks up and things get a lot easier. However, I did not feel self realized, so a new activity comes into my life- Burgo Fashion School. It's like going back to childhood activities. I study clothing modeling and I want to try sewing a variety of patterns.The problem is- I don't know where to put all these clothes. So I thought about sewing for 1/6 scale dolls.

For me this is a great chance to consolidate my study knowledge while also applying my existing skills in jewelry, embroidery, photography and computer graphics. Hope it will be fun and helpful trip.
