Visitors, I bid you a sincere welcome to my archive. I like taking pictures. For better or for worse, the photography I share here is fairly autobiographical.

For those who care, most of my work is digital (mainly a Fuji X-T2 or Nikon D750). My editing consists of single exposures (no composites or HDR), mostly in RAW format, with basic adjustments performed in Adobe Lightroom. Occasionally, my more interesting smartphone pictures may find their way here. Autumn 2023, I started experimenting with film. Initially, I began making pictures with a Minolta SR-T 101 and now I'm getting my bearings on a Nikon F100. My film pictures aren't on here, yet.

For what it's worth, generally-speaking I tend to leave only comments when visiting the pictures of others. To me "Faves" are such a rote, robotic exercise as popularly utilized, as to seem utterly meaningless. Leaving only comments is an intentionality that makes the time I spend on Flickr seem more meaningful and fun.
