Spencer is a native of Conway, Arkansas and co-owner of Streetside Creperie, a new-American style bistro. He is one of the youngest restaurant owners in Central Arkansas. Although Spencer didn’t go to a traditional culinary institute; he found knowledge through the pursuit of passion by finding mentors, reading books, and the resources on the internet. His eatery focuses on using local food; a decision influenced by his time volunteering for Heifer International. Even though crepes are where he started, Spencer has plans to create many more authentic style places to further enrich Conway’s local food scene.
