I have been in the photographic Industry in New Zealand for some 60 years.
My professional training with the NZ Police led me to become a Forensic Senior Photographic Technician.
I was awarded an 'Associate' by the New Zealand Institute of Professional Photographers for technical excellence (ANZIPP)
In my Police and private career I have judged at National and International salons, and taken workshop and seminars.
It has been a pleasure to use my photographic skills during my career to trace and detect evidence left at crime scenes by 'wrong doers' but my off duty interest in photography turned to portraiture and I am lucky to have been given the opportunity to take professional portraits of some thirty film stars - politicians and notary public from around the world.
Now in retirement - photography is still running through my veins and I am still taking portraits.... but of dogs and I have just started a small boutique business, simply named 'Just Dogs'.
With my wife 'Irene' we travel the length and breadth of New Zealand in our motor home, so I will start my association with 'flicker' showing some of the many photogenic images I have taken of this beautiful country, in no particular order, with dog images to be added later.
