Always looking for that next great shot!

I've been interested in photography since I was a teenager. I loved the idea that you could take a photo that could evoke great feelings and touch people's lives in ways that were completely unintended. I truly grew to appreciate the quiet and the concentration necessary to process your own film (I was a teenager a little while ago ;-) As my love for the hobby grew, my gratitude grew for the friends I've made and the overwhelming kindness and willingness to share their generous gifts and offer help without judgment. Over the years, it's turned more into an activity that is deeply healing for me and just fun.

I appreciate each and every one of you new followers and 'favoriters'. I'm very grateful for your kind comments, but I want to learn and improve my skills. So if you have any constructive comments on how I could've taken a picture better or how to make a picture better in post, please don't be shy about offering your thoughts/ideas/recommendations on any picture I post.
