Asia Society Australia is the Australian centre of the Asia Society, a global organisation dedicated to understanding Asia and its role in the world.

Our mission is to advance Australia’s prosperity and security in Asia.

We do this through corporate partnerships, programs, research and commentary that deepen Australia’s understanding of Asia, provide policy ideas for business and government, and create contemporary connections and networks in the region.

Asia Society was founded in 1956 by John D. Rockefeller 3rd and has centres in New York, Delhi, Hong Kong, Houston, Los Angeles, Manila, Melbourne, Mumbai, Paris, San Francisco, Seattle, Seoul, Sydney, Tokyo, Washington DC and Zurich
