I'm based near the city of Norwich in the county of Norfolk, United Kingdom. I also enjoy travelling to continental Europe, especially central / east.

I'm no pro, but I've been really pleased with what I've managed to capture so far. Still learning how to get the best out of equipment and technique, but with the wealth of free material afforded by the web I've learned so much more than I ever did before. Chalk up the mistakes to experience, and I like to think I'm seeing improvement. I shoot in RAW and although I do edit my photos, my aim is to maintain a natural feel without excessive enhancement.

My main areas of interest are:

- wildlife / nature

- landscapes

- trains / aircraft

- historical / interesting architecture

I will of course also photograph anything else which piques my interest, that's the beauty of photography!
