Hi, this is Carsten, 48yo living in Baden-Wuerttemberg, Germany.

I like to take photos of nature (flowers, plants, animals, combinations of all three, beautiful places and sceneries) using mostly the iPhone 8 (because I always have it at hand). I also take photos with my Nikon 1 J1 but I'm not using that cam that much at the moment. When I'm on vacation I'm taking underwater photos using my Nikon Coolpix AW 100.

I love taking macro shots. For my macro shots I use my iPhone 8 and the "Black Eye Macro Lens". A rather cheap combination but I like the results.

I'm pretty active in two groups where I'm also a moderator: "Looking close...on Friday!" and "Smile on Saturday". Maybe you want to take a look over there and maybe I'll see your photos there some time next time.
