This is a collection of more than 13,500 photos I have taken of paintings in some 140 museums and churches in Europe, the United States, and New Zealand, captured at high resolution and with color that is immediately corrected on-site to match the painting.
The paintings are organized into various albums. There is an album that contains all of the paintings in chronological order. There also are separate albums for (1) each time period, (2) each artist nationality, (3) each museum or church, (4) each special exhibition, (5) each (well-known) artist, and (6) each well-known painting style. For more than 5,400 paintings, the text of the museum or church wall label appears in the picture's Description field. There is also a separate album with high-resolution photos of details from over 700 paintings.
